By using the Mayar International Delivery App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Overview of the Service

The Mayar International Delivery App enables drivers to receive delivery tasks and transport shipments to customers' doorsteps. These deliveries are assigned based on customer requests from various vendors, and drivers will complete the delivery after receiving the payment (either by cash or payment link). The app also provides features for managing job assignments, tracking deliveries, and updating payment statuses.

User Responsibilities

Drivers: As a driver, you agree to carry out deliveries promptly and in accordance with the assigned details provided via the app. You are responsible for ensuring the correct collection of payment (either cash or payment link) from the customer at the time of delivery.Customer Information: You agree not to share or misuse any personal customer information provided in connection with the delivery. Only the driver assigned to a specific delivery has access to the customer’s details, including their address.App Usage: You agree not to misuse the app, including engaging in fraudulent activities or altering delivery tasks. All app functionalities should be used for their intended purpose only.

Delivery and Payment

Delivery Assignments: Delivery tasks will be assigned by the Mayar International admin based on the customer’s request, with each task containing customer details, including their address, and the associated product. Payment Collection: Upon completing the delivery, drivers will collect payment directly from the customer either in cash or via the payment link provided in the app. Payment Confirmation: Drivers must confirm payment status via the app. The system will update the payment status based on the input provided by the driver.

Data Privacy

By using the Mayar International Delivery App, you acknowledge that your personal and delivery-related information will be collected, stored, and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Only assigned drivers will have access to customer details, including their address, and no unauthorized access to this data is permitted.

Restrictions

You may not: Modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app or any content provided by Mayar International. Use the app for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. Share any personal information from the app with third parties unless explicitly authorized by Mayar International.

Termination

Mayar International reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions, including engaging in fraudulent activities or misuse of the app.

Liability

Mayar International is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the app. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the app's performance.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Mayar International reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of the app after changes have been posted will signify your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mayar International operates.
